Senior Manager, Performance Evaluation

Responsibility:

  • Design and develop performance management strategy and structure, system, and implement the performance system to whole organization.
  • Establish and develop Performance management process and templates on all performance management steps, including the goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback, rewarding programs to drive organization performance and capabilities.
  • Oversee and develop performance management program for various business groups based on business objectives.
  • Drive performance culture with programs designed and implemented to whole organization and business units
  • Lead Annual Performance review process & project
  • Audit the quality of performance management process, i.e. goal setting, performance appraisal, performance distribution, coaching, etc.
  • Optimize performance incentive plans for over-achievement on business objectives.

 

Requirements

  • Over 5 -8 years hands-on performance operation experience within the top tier MNCs
  • Strong Project management competency, especially in managing global-level project.
  • Business acumen
  • Excellent communication and Influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, result oriented
