C&B Director

Responsibility:

  • Help to develop compensation and benefit strategy to ensure competitive salary position and structure in the market
  • Coordinate survey participation on country level
  • Centralize appointment of vendors to maximize cost-savings, efficiency and improve productivity
  • Design and maintain relevant programs at country level based on business requirement and prepare communication package.
  • Implementation of country policies and projects on country level including the oversea offices
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive C&B strategies that sustain business development needs of the individual business units with result in the retention of the right employees and with high level motivation on performance.
  • Collect all necessary information for position evaluation, validate the reliability of information, Evaluate position with regional reward team
  • Provide benchmark information and consultant to BHR/Manager for remuneration proposal
  • Lead M&A in C&B area

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and above at least 5-8 years of C&B experience in multi-national company or consultant firm, with good knowledge of HR and C&B. 
  • Logical thinking and have strong analysis skill
  • Self-motivated, high sense of confidential and personal integrity
  • Good communication in Chinese and English, facilitation and interpersonal skill
  • Problem solving & solutions oriented
  • Cross-regional coverage is a plus
