Senior Manager, Organization Development


  • Conduct internal & external organizational diagnosis & research to recommend improvement solutions for organizational effectiveness in terms of structure, process, system & policies.
  • Plan and facilitate change management initiatives
  • Accountable for diagnosing talent management needs and designing solutions aligned to the overall Business Strategy
  • Design and development of talent management frameworks
  • Design and develop Succession Planning process and provide overall program management of execution by HR Business Partners.
  • Partner and Consult with relevant HR Business Partners and Managers to deliver appropriate talent management solutions.
  • Provide analysis, roadmap & coaching on competency development & career management for managers & employees
  • Leadership, Management and Employee Development – In collaboration with Learning & Development to define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders and employees 



  • 5+ years' experience in HR experience and at least 3 years’ experience in OD, Leadership Development in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations within matrix operated environment
  • Ability to strategically lead and initiate key interventions that drive organization effectiveness
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, strategic thinker with ability to effectively translate strategy, goals and management philosophies into pragmatic and actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent group facilitation, consulting and leadership coaching skills.
  • Team-oriented with high degree of professionalism and positive approach to others.
  • Excellent consultative, communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills; able to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
