Reporting to: Head of University



Job Summary: Responsible for driving and managingChinaleadership training program and also develop the relevant long term planning and tools/systems to measure effectiveness of the training programs.  Leading a solid team to insure that the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis.



l  Learning Strategy consultation with executives at company’s group level.

l  Design and plan leadership project through identifying competency gaps, defining learning road map (including leadership, functional, cross functional) and  validating it with the team.

l  Work with the HR to bu

l  Animate the community of internal trainers inChinafor the delivery.



l  Bachelor's degree or above, plus a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in leadership training area, preferable working for the top tier MNCs

l  Experience in interacting with and influencing senior levels of customers

l  Superior Project Management skills

l  Ability to work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically.

l  Extraordinary customer experience commitment.

l  Planning, organization, and implementation skills.
